For everyone else, we understand if you're sitting on the fence. You want to join the challenge, but there's a pocket of fear or doubt in your mind that's holding you back. Well guess what? That's great! The fear of a challenge is good. We all need a bit of healthy fear in our lives to push us out of our comfort zone, and help us grow as athletes and as people. Embrace that fear. Use it to push you out the door each day.
