Shipping

We pack every order at the shop in Squamish and send it with Canada Post or UPS. If it's in stock, it leaves within one business day. Canadian orders over $175 ship free.

  1. You order

    Pick your carrier and service level at checkout. We ask for a phone number so the carrier can reach you about the delivery.

  2. We pack it

    In-stock orders leave the shop within one business day. Weekends and holidays don't count.

  3. On its way

    Every shipping option comes with a tracking number. Carriers deliver Monday to Friday, not on statutory holidays.

  4. At your door

    In Canada, 3 to 6 business days with Canada Post Expedited Parcel, or 2 to 3 with UPS Expedited.

Every other service is charged at the carrier's rate for your address, shown at checkout.

Free shipping over $175

Canadian orders over $175 before tax ship free with Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Checkout adds the free option on its own, so there's no code to enter.

The free rate is for Canada Post Expedited Parcel only. UPS is still charged at its normal rate.

Where we ship

Canada, the US and Europe. A few brands only let us ship within Canada, and checkout tells you if something in your cart is one of them.

Delivery estimates

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Bad weather, remote addresses and borders all slow a parcel down, so allow extra time for anything leaving Canada.

That said, we'll get your order to you as fast as we can.

Pick up at the shop

Choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order at 4-40437 Tantalus Rd in Squamish. You can also send your own courier for it.

Taxes and duties

Canadian orders are charged sales tax at checkout, based on the province or territory we're shipping to.

We don't charge tax on orders leaving Canada. Your customs office may charge duties and taxes when the parcel arrives, and those are yours to pay.

Refused shipments

If you refuse a delivery, you still owe the original shipping cost and any duty, taxes and customs fees. We subtract them from your refund.

Packaging

We use as little packing material as we can while keeping your order safe.
