About the brand

Started in 1966 as a San Francisco climbing shop, named for the coldest and hardest side of a mountain, and the running line still comes off the alpine side of the building. Summit Series is the sharp end of it, built for days that start in the dark and do not go to plan. Offtrail for wet ground, Summit Pacesetter for fast days, a Futurelight shell for when it pours.
