The flask for the aid station you would rather not stop at. It holds 500 ml, and the SpeedFill cap flips open for a refill and snaps shut again, so nothing leaks into your vest on the way out. The 42 mm opening is wide enough for ice cubes and a scoop of drink mix, and the bite valve seals itself after every sip, so it does not drip down your front.
It is soft TPU with welded seams, and it shrinks as you drink, so the last mouthful does not slosh around on your chest. A wider shape and a welded base keep it steady in larger vest pockets and most hydration packs. Screw on a 42 mm threaded filter, such as the HydraPak 42 mm Filter Cap, and a stream becomes a refill. It is BPA and PVC free, goes in the freezer and takes water up to 60°C. For runners who refill on the move and want the stop over quickly.
